By continuing a conversation with an Integrica employee during an incoming or outgoing call, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

10. GOOGLE CALENDAR API

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and respect the confidentiality of your data.

10.1. What data we process

We use Google Calendar API for:

  • 10.1.1. Creating calendars.
  • 10.1.2. Adding, updating, and deleting events created by our application.

To ensure functionality, we may store:

  • Event and calendar identifiers.
  • Access keys to Google Calendar API (OAuth tokens).

We do not collect, store, or use data unrelated to the functionality of our application.

10.2. How we use data

Data obtained through Google Calendar API is used exclusively for:

  • 10.2.1. Creating and managing events in the user's calendar.
  • 10.2.2. Providing functionality related to planning in our CRM system.

We do not transfer data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

10.3. Data retention and deletion

We only store data necessary for the application's functionality, such as event and calendar identifiers and access keys. Users can at any time:

  • 10.3.1. Revoke access to their data through Google account settings.
  • 10.3.2. Delete events created by us through Google Calendar.
  • 10.3.3. Contact us to delete stored identifiers or tokens.

10.4. Compliance with Google requirements

We comply with all Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including restrictions on data usage and ensuring its confidentiality.
